What exactly do I get for my money?
You get a complete, ready-to-run campaign built and set up inside your own ad account. That means strategy, audience targeting, ad copy, creative direction, and full platform setup. You don't need to know anything about the platforms — I handle all of it. Your ad budget (what you pay Facebook or Google directly) is separate from my fee.
What do I pay for ads on top of your fee?
Your ad spend goes directly to Facebook or Google — not to me. For a local business, I typically recommend starting with $20–$50 per day per platform as a test. We'll talk through what makes sense for your goals before you spend a cent.
Why no monthly retainer?
Because most businesses don't need to pay a management fee forever. You need a solid campaign built right — once it's live, many clients manage it themselves. If you want ongoing help with optimisation, reporting or new campaigns, I'm available. We agree on what that looks like. No lock-in.
How are you different from an agency?
You deal directly with me — always. Your account is never handed to a junior or offshore team. I'm also local, which means I can actually visit your business. My pricing is upfront and published. No lock-in contracts, no vague monthly fees, no surprises on an invoice.
Which areas do you service?
I'm based in Campbelltown and work primarily with businesses across the Macarthur region — Campbelltown, Camden, Narellan, Gregory Hills, Ingleburn, Minto, Leumeah, Wollondilly, Picton, Appin and surrounding suburbs. Digital work can be done anywhere, but being local is a genuine advantage for how I work.
How long does it take to get my campaign live?
Typically 1–2 weeks from our first call to launch, depending on how quickly we gather the intake information and any creative assets. Some campaigns move faster. I'll give you a realistic timeline once we talk.
What types of businesses do you work with?
Trades and home services, allied health, hospitality, retail, and professional services — accountants, mortgage brokers, real estate, legal. If you have a local business and need more customers, we should talk. Direct response advertising works across most categories when it's built right.
Can I request ongoing support after launch?
Absolutely. While I don't charge a mandatory retainer, ongoing support is available if you want it — campaign optimisation, performance reporting, refreshing creative, running additional campaigns. Just reach out and we'll work out what makes sense for your situation.
